In this 2 - session series we work one on one together to create your game plan based on your goals / coach / and integrate mindset patterns into that plan so that you can optimize your goals and be your best self.

  • This is designed for those who want to create a fully executable game plan for race day.

  • 2 total one on one Zoom Video calls with Coach Kayla.

  • 1st session we walk through the race you have coming up, roadblocks you have, things that make you nervous, your goals, etc.

  • 2nd Session we take your goals and data around those goals and put together mindset tips, tricks, and tools to help you execute the plan

  • All notes and Zoom Recordings stored in Google drive with lifetime access to them.
